Pillowcases | All handmade pillowcases are shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement unless otherwise specified. Items in the same order may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost. Orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking numbers. Orders may take 3-7 days to arrive from the date of shipment.

Fabric Samples | All fabric samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail without tracking.

International Shipping | Currently, we do not ship internationally. When placing an order,

Please confirm the accuracy of the shipping address. | Orders that have been shipped cannot be altered or re-shipped by the carrier. Undeliverable, mis-addressed, or refused packages will be canceled and cannot be re-shipped. Refunds will be deducted from a 20% service fee of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified delivered by the carrier.
