Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. If the order is overdue, we will only provide a store credit. All items must be in original, unused condition and with the original packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Once a refund is issued, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee are non-refundable.
If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include holes, large printing errors, and broken zippers.
Please note: Many of our products are hand-woven and hand-printed. Minor imperfections and defects are inevitable, but we consider these imperfections to be part of the charm of the product and not defects.
Rugs, promotional items, and international orders are final sale.
